Francisco Barradas de Sousa Magalhaes is the author of a yet to be published manuscript on "Effective Leaders". The excerpt from his manuscript is offered to enhance the life long learning of leaders - emerging leaders.
Born in Mozambique and through his formal schooling and career, has lived in Rhodesia, Portugal, United States, Mozambique and in Brazil, where he is presently living. Francisco indicates that his life has been impacted by a mentor, Mr. Ginger Obourn, and says in his own words " Mr. Ginger Obourn is a man with a great understanding for dealing with people, was highly competent in his work and served as an example to all those that that had the privilege to belong to his team".
The founder and owner of Enqua Consulting specializing in programs focused on "Planning and Quality in Maintenance", "Pneumatics for Industrial Automation" and "Effective Leadership: (The influence of leaders in a company). After passing through three continents and with forty years of experience, Francisco is taking the step to serve as a mentor and coach to those who are ready to emerge as the leaders of tomorrow.
