Ellen earned her Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Rochester in 1980.
She served on the psychology faculties of the University of Rochester and the
University of Utah and was an adjunct faculty member of the University of
Maryland's psychology department. Ellen served on the psychology staff
of the university counseling centers at the University of Rochester, the
University of Utah, the University of Maryland and George Washington University.
Ellen entered full-time independent practice in 1987 and has been a managing member of Metropolitan Behavioral Health Care, a multispecialty psychotherapy practice in Washington, D.C. and suburban Maryland, since 1995.
After graduating from the MentorCoach ™ training program in 1998, Ellen
began her coaching practice. She now provides both individual and group
coaching services to lawyers throughout the U.S. and Canada. In addition,
Ellen now serves on the MentorCoach ™ faculty. teaching the Master Class
in Strategic Career Design Coaching.
