Christine W. Zust, M.A., has more than 20 years of experience in the
communication field. She is president of Zust & Company, a Cleveland-based
communication training, coaching and consulting firm. Christine helps
executives and management teams communicate with greater credibility and
clout with key clients and customers. Her areas of expertise include
positioning and image management, presentation and speaking skills, media
interviewing and interpersonal communication. She has held management and
leadership positions in the public and private sectors.
Christine is a member of the American Society for Training and Development,
International Communication Association, Central States Communication
Association, National Speakers Association and Ohio Speakers Forum. She has
served in board leadership positions, and as board president, with many of
Cleveland's professional and civic organizations.
Christine received a Master of Arts degree in Interpersonal Communication
from Bowling Green State University (Ohio) and a Bachelor of Arts degree in
Public Relations from Kent State University.
